• All orders placed are subject to availability.
• Your orders will be dispatched as soon as payment has been authorised. The courier company will contact you to coordinate and confirm delivery. 
• You will be informed by email if the product you have requested is not available, in some cases we may suggest suitable alternative.
• Successful orders will be dispatched the same day, and 3-7 working days for International Shipping. 
• Order before 5PM to receive the items on the SAME DAY in Dubai.
• Delivery is FREE within the UAE, no minimum order required. 1-2 days delivery to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi & rest of UAE. 
• FREE DELIVERY on orders over $100 (rest of the world).
• Flat rate of $13.50 (50 AED) for international shipping. 

• Bare Essentials accepts Credit Card and Bank Transfer around the globe and also offers CASH ON DELIVERY service across the UAE.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

• You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Any tax and duties due will be presented to you upon delivery by the courier company. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

• Bare Essentials is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us. You can return any item for any reason within 7 days if purchased in the UAE and 14 days for International orders - from the original date of delivery providing all goods are returned to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with labels still attached.

• FOR UAE ORDERS: The first return will be FREE thereafter, a charge of AED50 will be levied.

• FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please send it by any reliable courier in its original packaging and original labels to:

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
• We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if these items are in good shape, we will issue you your credit, send you your new items or arrange for your refund.  
• Refunds will be made through 2checkout, a bank or money transfer, reference number will be provided to the customer which should be quoted when collecting money.
