We also provide express hotel delivery within Dubai, making it easy for visitors staying near J1 Beach, Jumeirah Beach Road, and surrounding beach hotels to receive swimwear quickly.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment authorisation.

All orders are processed once payment has been authorised.

Most orders are dispatched the same day whenever possible. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and may suggest a suitable alternative where possible.

Same-Day Delivery in Dubai

Order before 5PM to receive same-day delivery within Dubai.

This service is ideal for last-minute beach plans, pool visits, or travel needs.

Hotel Delivery in Dubai (1–2 Hours)

For customers staying at hotels in Dubai, Bare Essentials offers express hotel delivery within 1–2 hours where possible.

Your order can be delivered directly to your hotel reception or concierge, making it convenient to receive swimwear while on holiday.

If you require hotel delivery, please contact us after placing your order so we can coordinate with your hotel.

UAE Delivery

Delivery is FREE across the UAE with no minimum order required.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery (order before 5PM)

  • Sharjah, Abu Dhabi & other Emirates: 1–3 working days

International Shipping

Bare Essentials ships swimwear internationally.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping rates:

  • FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $100

  • Flat rate of $13.50 (50 AED) for orders under $100

Payment Methods

Bare Essentials accepts the following payment methods for online orders:

  • Credit and Debit Cards

  • Bank Transfer

We also offer interest-free instalments through Tabby and Tamara.

Simply make your first payment and split the remaining balance over 2 or 3 monthly instalments.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

Please contact your local customs office if you require further information before placing an order.

Final Sale Items (99 AED Collection)

Items purchased from the 99 AED Clearance / Final Sale collection are considered final sale.

These items cannot be returned for a refund.

However, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Exchange for store credit, or

  • Exchange for another item in store

If you would like us to arrange collection or exchange via courier, a AED 35 service fee will apply.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Bare Essentials offers a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased.

Items may be returned within:

  • 7 days for UAE orders

  • 14 days for international orders

The return period starts from the original delivery date.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all labels and tags attached

UAE Returns

The first return is FREE.

Any additional returns will incur a AED 50 return fee.

International Returns

International customers may return items using any reliable courier service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If the returned item meets the required conditions, we will process one of the following:

  • Exchange for another item

  • Store credit

  • Refund

Refunds are issued through 2Checkout, bank transfer, or money transfer, and a reference number will be provided.
